It was simple. I just chose a long stick and formed it into a circle and secured it with a piece of wire. Then I added little bunches of twigs around in the circle secured with more wire. I found the green dogwood flowers at Target on a very long stem and just cut them off and tucked them into it. So for $8.00 I have a new wreath for over my bed. :)
